Scholarships
The AITAA ROC Chapter promotes academic exchange and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), the program supports one-semester or one-year study opportunities in Taiwan and Thailand.
Established under the Student Exchange Scholarship Donation Agreement signed in 2019 between the ROC Chapter and AIT, the initiative aims to encourage AIT students to study at Taiwanese universities while enabling Taiwanese students to experience AIT’s international academic environment.

When to Apply

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the scholarship:
- Must be a student enrolled in courses at AIT;
- Students upon completing two semesters / four terms (for SOM) of coursework with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and English level of at least 6.0 on AIT Standard are eligible for going on Exchange.
- Each university has different eligibility requirements including English requirements; therefore, students must go through each of their preferred university’s full details for detailed information before applying.
- Approval, in principle, from Academic Advisor.
Students can apply for the scholarship by following these steps:
- Complete the online scholarship application form
- Provide all required documents
- Submit the application before the specified deadline
- Await confirmation and further communication from the scholarship committee

- Completed scholarship application form
- Academic transcripts
- Student ID copy
- Recommendation letter
- Motivation letter
